As Director of Operations at SCS Construction Management, Tom excels at coordinating multiple disciplines and trades, including MEP, architectural, and civil. His portfolio spans a wide range of industries, including healthcare, higher education, K-12, science and technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, and hospitality. As Safety Officer at SCS Construction Management, Tim leverages his expertise in life safety, hazard mitigation, and code compliance to ensure the safety and success of every project. Tim holds numerous certifications, including Massachusetts Certified Fire Inspector, Firefighter HazMat Technician, Firefighter I & II, EMT-B, CPR, and AED. His extensive background and commitment to safety make him a vital asset to the SCS team.
